Disk Space and Bandwidth
There are two types of resources used by websites on the server; disk space and bandwidth. Disk space is needed to hold all of the files, pages, and images uploaded to the site. Bandwidth is used every time a user accesses the site. You can learn to check and see how each of these resources are being used below.
The amount of disk space that is being used by your site can be seen in the lower left corner of the workbench as a small blue bar. If you start to run out of disk space, try looking through your file and image libraries and delete any unused items. If this does not help, you can either upgrade to the Premium Package or contact us about custom disk space options.
The current bandwidth usage of a site is displayed in at the top right of the statistics bar. If you receive a notice that you are running low on bandwidth it may be due to a large file many visitors are looking at, or downloading. Additional bandwidth can be obtained either by upgrading to the Premium Package or by contacting us for custom solutions.
